  The worse insurance company ever. So difficult to get hold of. They out source the claims to third party who never answers the call. My claim is going on from last 4 months still going on backward and forward with 3 different out source companies. Nobody have any idea who is handling the claim, what is the status, the damages need to fixed they are just a hazard to me and my family. Choosing them was worse mistake ever. So unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone to choose them. Expensive and unprofessional company.

  Allianz have been great with our vehicle insurance. We’ve been with them since 2020 and have had good experiences with the contact centre and teams in general. Bought our first car and insured with them so highly recommend. Don’t let 1 bad experience judge the rest of the team. Give them a go and hopefully you have an amazing experience like I did!

  been with Allianz for years now for the two cars and the properties. Everytime when we make a claim at the time required, the service is always second to none - reasonable, prompt, understanding. Recently made a claim on my vehicle and the consultant Roshan Coelho is awesome.

  The claim could not be completed in one window.
  I was making a home damage claim and contacted an Allianz assessor. A builder (Assigned by Allianz) gave me a bunch of things that he thinks need to be improved, and they said that when I finish these improvement items (they proposed), they just start repair my house. That's totally not make sense! Which clause states that the claimant must do more improvements as Allianz said, then Allianz will to pay the claim?
  I think Allianz should be responsible for all the communication and scheduling the repairs. I don't want to talk to the builder myself in any jargon that I don't understand.
  
  I have only one goal to restore the house to its original condition without damage!
  
  Now I have to go through the Allianz appeal process and share my experience with you all!

  The appalling service from this company is beyond unacceptable. Claimed for our rain damaged house back in Feb. More than 3 months of trying to contact this company about our claim. I have been on hold sometimes for over 2 1/2 hours only for them to disconnect me. I have called practically every day these last few weeks and have yet to get to talk to anyone. We moved back into our half house saving them money having not to pay for our accommodation elsewhere. They have left us in a state of limbo and obviously do not care. They have all the information to make a decision but continue to drag it out. Now onto the ombudsman to lodge a complaint
