The prices are overinflated especially for the poor quality of business and long return time for your clothes, and they do not accept most special items that require dry cleaning (formal dresses, wedding dresses, etc.) Take your business to the dry cleaner across the street.
Edit as the owner has decided to respond (and prove my point). Several other places (newsagents, general stores like certain EZ marts) send their items to the same agency and keep prices lower. I am not a "friend" of the other dry cleaning agency but I however have used both and there's a clear difference in quality and professionalism. Bragging about having a 3 star rating after 19 years in the game is hilarious especially when Tolemans has a 4.8 star rating on 40 years of business.
