- Matt Barnard Added April 10, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extraordinarily poor customer service. I was sat outdoors enjoying the view and a beer on my own and was hounded off my table by staff who eventually refused to serve me a second beer in their efforts to remove me (they claimed there was no table service on my specific table). The table was reserved but for a later time.
Actual quotes from, what I assume to be the manager, include - "it's good business sense to move you on" and "it's the end of financial year". Remarkable way to treat a customer.
Separately - they only have about four German beers on tap, not convinced it lives up to the Bavarian name. And they serve pizza, a confused bar.
