Being a Sunday it was a bit hard to find decent food. My only gripe was the restaurant wasn't open.

Staff polite and diligent.
Close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and the river.
The iron is starting to fall apart and should have been replaced.
It would have been nice to have 2 complementary biscuits with the tea and coffee
There is a non functioning kitchen, so no meals.
No gym.
