    I'm a Broker who utilises GT Insurance as well as other heavy motor insurers. A recent client claim for multiple units saw quick settlement (higher than the sum insured in most cases) with effective communication during the process. The assessors used were also quick and efficient. Thanks :-)

    They are bloody hell awful.
    I had an accident 2 weeks ago which was not at my fault. GT insurance paid me far below the market value.
    Assessor did not mention about my car being written off but it is written off by transport. Car is still drivable though.
    I called assessor, transport, insurance company but there is nothing changed.
    Cristian O'Keefe - Senior Claims Consultant refused to increase market value and he revealed how the processed been through.
    What he told me is to seek my own insurance to help or seek legal advice only.
    Although I am not happy with what happened, he does not consider any change.
    Very unhappy with the customer service of this insurance company.
