  This hotel does not live up to Pullman reputation. We had to change room 3 times. The rooms were in such bad conditions we decided to leave after 1 night. We had broken power point and insect flying around in the room 1, followed by broken shower in room 2 then defective lights in room 3. The carpets in all 3 rooms need replacing. The whole place is in need of renovation and should not be operating. The bar tender also try to recycle drinks at the roof top bar. Beware!

  Eh, the best way to sum up this hotel. Beautiful when you walk in, lovely staff and nice touch with valet parking. However $839 for a ‘king superior room’ you are kidding, what was superior about it?! A teeny tiny balcony with 1 broken chair. An extremely outdated bathroom, horrible shower head and no fan in the room so 2 mins and the bathroom was a foggy mess. Room service breakfast again massive eh, toast ordered came only with jam even though it specified numerous condiments. The ham on the eggs Benedict was so thick it was gross and how was it delivered cold?! It’s cooked on the premises!! Great location but for the price we will not be back

  The hotel is in a great location and this is the only positive.
  The check in took 45 minutes due to a large group arriving before us. The check in woman was unable to use my visa card which was extremely stressful for me, she tried it 3 times and each time it failed, not through any fault of mine as the card had funds available. I had to transfer money into another card which she finally got to work. I used the visa card for my entire trip and nobody else had a problem using it.
  The hotel rooms are extremely dated and dirty.
  Cupboards had paint peeling off them
  There was no coffee pod in the room only horrid instant coffee.
  The shower took 2-3 minutes to warm up.
  The toilet did not flush properly.
  The towels were disgusting, hard and old
  I could go on and on. we were unable to access the pool from our tower as the door has blocked off and we had to go to reception and use another lift to access the other tower.
  I asked the staff if there were towels by the pool for us to use, and they asked why we would need a towel.
  Above it it was expensive and the worst value for money I have experienced in the last 10 years of travelling.
  I would never stay here again and will tell others not to stay here

  Well located, quite spacious room. My only reservation is that I am diabetic and a small eater so neither of the breakfast offerings is very suitable. I don't want to pay $36 or $42 when all I want is a decent cereal and decent toast. The waitress said they didn't do Bircher muesli, but it was available, albeit it was so sweet I only ate it on the first day. Also included in that cost is coffee from a machine. Fortunately we found several alternatives for breakfast nearby for half the price and with decent coffee.

  My husband and I stayed at the Pullman Brisbane King George for an overnight stay last week. It is in a wonderful location, close to the Queen Street Mall and local city attractions. It has a great rooftop bar and the food at the restaurant was very nice. I loved my treatment at the Thai Massage Spa on site. The rooms are clean and well presented.
