They were so welcoming, and actually looked pleased to see us! Thank you Annie for your quick and informative discussion when we checked in. All the facilities were great, heated pool was open. Thank you also to Angela who sorted out our checking out requirements. Location and price bracket suited us.

Perfect place if you're working in CBD. It's a great central location for exploring the city only sort walk over to the museum art galleries, South Bank botanical Gardens down the street. Had no issues entertaining the kids.
