- Nhi Pham Added January 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible experience. Order a coffee and ham and cheese sourdough today. Coffee was average. Waiting for my sourdough I noticed three other people received their food before me so they forgot about my ham and cheese sourdough. Normally this wouldn't bother me too much because mistakes happen. However when I enquired about it one of the staff asked the other guy who was in charge of the food looked at me like an idiot and insisted there was no order for it. The guy in the charge of the food (yes guy with the purple in his hair) then said "I'll put it another one on (the toaster) for f*** sakes", and didn't even apologise. I don't think I've ever been treated so badly at a Starbucks before. What happened to you?
