  My mum, sister and I visited this store today. I have always liked the selection of clothes Universal offers and my comment is in regards to your staff: I am unsure why all of your staff members are so pushy, this experience has extended to every single other Universal store I have been to (but today was by far the most uncomfortable). My sister visited to buy a re-purchase her favourite pair of jeans (previously purchased from Universal), when entering we were greeted by a staff member, this would have been fine, but insisting my sister take another pair of skinny jeans by another brand (even after saying she already owned this pair and was fine) saying "all skinny jeans fit differently". She failed to listen to my mum even when she said we were okay (calling me 'darl, which wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't felt surrounded). I think in the time I was in the store, I was approached over 6 times to be offered clothing and saying they would just add it to my change room (and feeling uncomfortable to reject them). I recognised this is intended to mean well. My sister when getting changed, showed my mother and I clothing in her room, when a 3rd staff member arrived to quite literally stick her head in behind us- which she continued to do, trying to bring more sizes of clothing we didn't need. When I shop in an already small store and have 3 separate staff members breathing down my neck (so much for 1.5 metre distancing) it makes it uncomfortable to shop- so we left, without my sister's jeans. If you're teaching your staff to be overbearing, trust me- you're scaring away customers.

  By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! I came in looking for a pair of jeans, not 100% sure where to start, the girl who helped me was excellent, she pointed me in the right direction and was ready to help with sizing and anything else I needed. The amount of product knowledge she had was incredible and it played a big role in helping me get exactly what I wanted. Overall blown away by this store!

  I love coming shopping in this store, the staff are always so helpful and friendly Maddy and the girl with the Irish accent (sorry can’t remember her name) were amazing during my last visit xx

  Had the most amazing experience in the store on the weekend. The Best customer service I’ve ever had ever!! Was actually so unreal that I had to tell everybody. Maddy you rule !!! You made the most difficult thing (shopping for jeans) amazing and you asked all the right things, and you have no judgement to me or my hubby. Thank u so much honestly!!

  The customer service at this store goes above and beyond! Lucinda was so lovely (I overheard what her name was). While I was waiting for my friend who was trying on clothes, I saw her asking all the customers if they needed help finding more styles or similar clothing pieces.
