I got a text asked if I want to join and I opted out and then I got a call to catch up if I still interested to join the gym. I said I'm joining another gym which suits me better as I work until 9pm and your gym closes at 8:30pm! He said "oh well" and cut me off. That was so rude.
You shouldn't do that. You never know who will be your future customers.
