  Overcooked and Burnt Burgers and Chips - We've been to all the Grill'd Burgers in Brisbane city and Perth, and this is by far, the worst. Rude defensive staff after we told them of overcooked and burnt food; telling us this is how it is supposed to be made and that it was health department regulations that they have to cook it this way. Right, then every other place we eat sweet potato chips around the CBD must be violating health regulations because there's never any black on them elsewhere. Then they took 20 mins (on a quiet Sunday afternoon) to make us another batch of sweet potato chips only to burn them even more! Unbelievable. Not sure if it was done deliberately to get back at us for the feedback. Take a look at the pics, we did not make this up. They served this to us and told us this is how they are supposed to be, and not burnt. Black is burnt guys - we did not order a dry biltong burger or tough biltong chips.
