tell you one thing over the phone, then the complete opposite in their email correspondence. Tell you that you have a sound case, then 3 months and $90K later and after costs agreement, tell you they made a mistake. When you then get annoyed they refuse to pickup the phone and stonewall you, including telling me to get legal advice to understand their legal advice!!! Complete bunch of amateurs, drag cases along for no reason while the fees pile up.
