First of all, I was with medibank for three years and had been going to the Queens st branch. The staff was absolutely bad at customer service. One time I was trying to add my wife to my cover and the lady who served me did not tried to help me at all. Instead, she was glaring at us the whole conservation when we were trying to figure out what plan would suit us the best. At times, she would roll her eyes at our question!
I was extremely upset at their customer service. For those people wanting to join Medibank, I would advise them to reconsider! Lastly, they also dont have a numbering system in store so 10 customers would wait at a time and we have to keep track by ourselves who is next.
