  We instructed Morgan Conley regarding a civil litigation claim. I experienced a lack of communication, professionalism, and adherence to commitments by several staff members, including the Principal, Joel Pitman.
  At the same time that we had engaged Morgan Conley, I had referred a friend to Morgan Conley for similar civil litigation. I was asked by my friend to attend the mediation conference with him, and during private discussions, Mr Pitman swore at his client and called him a "mother f*****". During private discussions, Mr Pitman had informed his client of the outstanding bill ($34000) owed to Morgan Conley, and that the decision his client makes affects whether Morgan Conley gets paid. It seemed to me that Mr Pitman was alluding to his financial stake in the outcome, impliedly pressuring his client to make a decision that was not in the best interests of his client.
