Staffs are so rude to you even you're a customer!
I lost a pair of keys for my appart and she told me we don't have for that! How dare can you treat us like we were not even humans? There's a minimum of respect between staff and customers that should be there but it WAS NOT! They don't care about you and don't know what good customer service means!
