  very bad customer service especially the lady that looks like middle age with grey hair if you are reading this review, you should not work in retail service and next time please dont roll your eyes and give me that attitude. you just ruining the image of seed company.

  The staffs at the baby section does not care the customer at all. They were talking about 'Kardashian' so loud behind the counter and ignored me all time. I wanted to ask about 1 year old baby present but no one even care I was there.

  I can understand why the rating for this store is shocking. The oldest staff member with white/grey hair which I assume is the manager should not be working there or retail in general. Her attitude and tone was distasteful and rude as she spoke to one of the staff members. Quite embarrassing as my daughter and I saw the way she spoke to her and how she carried on. Only giving another star as the other girls that worked there were nice, although the looks on some of their faces looked like they didn’t want to be there. Definitely will not be returning.

  Do not go into this store you will feel as you have stolen something, assistant constantly in your face, they watch every move you make you get followed around you feel very uncomfortable I was deeply upset with the way I felt while I was in the store in the end I did not purchase anything even though I wanted to.I was set upon by shop assistances constantly checking my every move never felt so uncomfortable walking and browsing into a shop in all my life.
