On initial contact I was told that they would call me back in a few minutes, 2 and a half hours later, I called again upon hearing nothing., was again told I would be called back in a few minutes. Meanwhile found a reliable, courteous, prompt locksmith (24/7 locksmiths) job done, back in business, never heard back from this company. Business must be good to treat prospective customers in this manner. ????
