- Peter B Added February 18, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We had had our investment property for over 3 years and in that time SSKB has changed our Community Relationship Manager 3 times. In the last few months the standard of service to our Body Corporate has deteriorated to a below average service. We now have to constantly get on our new Community Relationship Manager to correct her mistakes in just about every letter of minutes and results of AGM's and EGM's that gets sent to all lot owners in our scheme. Since SSKB wants everyone to go paperless and to only receive e-mail communication, that service is poor also. Results of minutes etc.sometimes do not get sent. Not a good professional service at all now. They have been notified about our concerns but it's like everything these days. As soon as you say something that all turn against you.
