They are on time, always extremely polite and helpful. The cost is what you'd expect to have your clothes dry cleaned by experts. I've travelled the world and these guys know their business. If people sound preoccupied on the phone in any business, its usually because they're busy, which means they have lots of customers = they do a great job!
