  I was pretty disappointed with the result Toni and Guy. I had high expectations because the salon is well known internationally and I have previously been blown away by how great it has been while visiting Toni and Guy salons overseas. Plus the experience cost about $350... The worst was my haircut. It felt rushed, probably took about 15 -20 minutes, and cost $84 - definitely not worth the price. The bottom line was uneven with one much longer bit on one side that was annoying me so much I just cut it myself when I got home. The layers are uneven - on one side there are heaps and on the other side pretty much none at all. On the side where there are a lot, they are really blunt, and all kind of the same length which is making my hair do this ugly thing in its shape. I'm trying to grow it so I don't want to get it cut again to fix it but every time I look in the mirror I get a sinking feeling because it looks so average. The colour is alright but the highlights that were meant to come out "baby fine" are definitely more obvious and stripy than highlights I've had in the past. They left them in too long, probably because my colourist was seeing another client. All in all, it wasn't terrible, it was just very average - and I am never going back.
  
  update: I haven't gotten my hair fixed yet. Ran into a friend the other day - he, not being malicious, told me he liked my streak, and that it was edgy. He was referring to a particularly unblended highlight -_-

  Have been a client for a few years. Alysha and Adam are amazing! Sadly Alysha has left. Probably won't return.
